Design
Our in-house building designers will review your architecture/engineers plans and develop detailed framing plans (shop drawings) for your custom steel frames and trusses.
Manufacturing
Once you have approved your shop drawings, we begin manufacturing your custom steel frames on our state-of-the-art roll forming machine utilising high quality steel that meets all industry and construction standards (AS 4100, AS/NZS 4600 and AS3623).
Assembly
All frames are assembled on our premises and shipped out ready for a fast and easy installation on site.
Delivery and Installation
The final step is the delivery of your custom steel frames ready for erection and installation on site. All our frames are coded and marked so that your trades can install and complete their jobs quickly, easily, and accurately. All the things you want for your project.
If you prefer, our fully qualified and trained steel framing installers can install your frames at an additional cost.
